I spent most of my professional career speaking around the country to CEOs on company culture as it affects customer service. Two days before I was scheduled to give a speech to a group of company Presidents, I broke my denture. My long term regular office was not able to help my emergency an any timely manner, but more importantly, they didn’t give me the idea they cared very much about my problem. Chesterbrook Dental Associates came to my rescue and I have been going to Dr. Meyers ever since. Every part of the practice represents the epitome of excellence in customer service. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Fitzgerald and his staff. He was so welcoming to me, walked me through each step of what he was doing and took an incredible amount of time with my treatment plan. As of today, I have a fantastic set of temps in while I wait for for my implants to heal. Every time I look in the mirror, I start to get teary eyed. I have not been able to smile with my teeth showing for over seven years. I would absolutely recommend Dr. F to all my friends and family. The process was thorough and painless for me. Long term patient, staff ( inclusive of hygienists and dentists) are polite, efficient, and competent. Up to date on dental procedures, billing etc to make experience pleasant. Nicely appointed office!

Dr. Dollfus and his team were great. They went out of their way to get me in on short notice because I was in tremendous pain due to a cracked tooth. Dr. Dollfus managed to extract the tooth painlessly while educating his team every step of the way. I never would have thought I could honestly say having a tooth pulled was a pleasure, but that was my experience.

Very pleased with Dr. Dolfuss and his staff. It is a pleasure to go to this practice!

Dr. Fitz and Marissa collaborated on the most thorough, careful, and, dare it be said, fun dental exam I've ever had!

The dentists and hygienists are top of the line professionals. Explain every detail of work before and during work. Front staff is very courteous and helpful. Office is well designed, welcoming, and in a great location. In short, this is an excellent practice.

I've been going to Chesterbrook Dental for 38 years!! There is very little staff turnover and who they do hire, are simply the best, the kindest and the most professional staff out there! I love my dental hygienist Megan and Dr. Fitz has treated me this entire time. He is an amazing doc and genuinely cares about his patients. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Also, the front desk staff is knowledgable and friendly. What more coud anyone ask for in healthcare.

I went for the first time to Chesterbrook Dental. The office is clean and lovely. I was greeted by a pleasant assistant and escorted to the doctor's work area. I met Dr. Dolfus for the first time. He was pleasant, did a thorough job checking out my teeth and then cleaned them along with his staff. I have no insurance and the cost was within the range I expected from quality care. I would recommend them to all my friends and have already gotten my son to agree to come for a visit.

Great dentists and staff. Very professional yet personal service. I'm 51 and have had a lot problems over the last year. I appreciate the Doctors always explain in detail what the problem is with a specific tooth what they are doing to correct it.

Fully recommend. Dr. Dollfus has done a marvelous job dealing with a significant dental issue. He communicates well and takes the time to ensure that all my questions are answered. More that that, his confidence in his abilities to address and solve the issues at hand is very reassuring to this nervous patient.
